- How do I measure my windows?
- All you need is a steel tape measure. Measure the width and height to the nearest eighth of an inch — for inside mounts, measure the opening itself and we make the necessary allowances; for outside mounts, measure the area you want covered. Our measuring guides walk through each product.
- What if I measure wrong?
- We build exactly to the measurements you enter, so double-check them before ordering. If something arrives and does not fit, contact us — we will work out the most sensible fix together.
- How long does it take?
- Every product page shows its current lead time. Because each piece is made to order, production typically takes one to two weeks, plus shipping.
- Can I see the fabrics before I buy?
- Yes — order free swatch samples from the Samples page and hold the real material in your own light before you commit.
- Do you charge for shipping?
- No. Shipping is free on every order, anywhere we deliver — the price you see on the product page is the price of the product, with delivery already included. Sales tax is calculated from your shipping address at checkout.
- How is payment handled?
- Payment is processed by Stripe on their secure hosted page. We never see or store your card details.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
- Made-to-measure production starts quickly. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we will change or cancel it if it has not yet been cut.
- How do I track my order?
- Your confirmation email includes a private tracking link showing payment and production status — no account required.
- Do the products come with a warranty?
- Yes. Our products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship. If anything fails under normal use, contact us with your order number.
