Terms of service

Every order is made to the measurements and options you enter at the time of purchase. Please double-check them — you are responsible for their accuracy, and our returns policy explains what happens when measurements are off.

We may contact you before production if something about an order looks wrong. We can refuse or cancel an order we cannot produce safely or correctly; if we do, you are refunded in full.

Prices are shown in US dollars and include shipping. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated from your shipping address at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; payment plans, where offered, are automatic charges to the card you used, on the schedule shown before you pay.

If a scheduled payment fails, we will retry and contact you. We may pause production or delivery of an order with an outstanding balance.

Lead times shown on product pages are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Our Shipping, Returns, and Warranty pages form part of these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively.

The text, photography, and design of this store are ours or licensed to us. Please do not reuse them commercially without permission.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms as the store evolves; the version published here at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.
