Privacy policy

When you order, we collect your name, email, phone (if you provide it), shipping address, and the details of what you ordered. When you request samples or write to us, we collect what you submit with the request.

If you create an account, we also store your sign-in email and a securely hashed password — never the password itself.

Payments are processed by Stripe on their secure hosted page. Your card number never touches our servers, and we never see or store it. When you choose a payment plan, Stripe keeps the card on file and we store only a reference to it.

We send transactional emails about your orders and samples. If you start a checkout and leave, we may send a reminder or two — you can stop those any time from the Email preferences page, and every marketing email includes a way out.

We use cookies that keep your cart and sign-in working. When analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to understand how the store is used and how people find us; these set their own cookies subject to their own policies.

Photos submitted to the visualizer are used to generate your preview render and to operate and improve the feature. They are not published and are not sold.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not legally required to keep — write to us using the contact page and we will handle it.
