Our products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship. If something fails under normal use, we stand behind it.
What is covered
Defects in the fabric, components, and construction of the product under normal residential use — seams that fail, mechanisms that stop operating, parts that break without abuse.
What is not covered
Normal wear, fading from direct sun over time, damage from moisture, pets, or improper cleaning, and damage caused during installation or removal.
Making a claim
Contact us with your order number, a description of the problem, and a photo or two. We will repair, replace, or remake the affected piece — whichever puts a working product back on your window fastest.
