Shipping

Every piece is made to order, so your order spends time in our workroom before it spends time with a carrier. Each product page shows its current lead time — production typically takes one to two weeks, plus transit.

When your order ships, your tracking page updates and you receive an email. Your confirmation email contains a private tracking link that works without an account.

We currently ship within the United States. If your address is somewhere we cannot deliver, we will contact you before anything is made and refund you in full if we cannot work it out.

If a box arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us with your order number. We will make it right — usually by remaking the damaged piece.
